Retro’s Most Fit event with MMA fighter Dennis Bermudez! The South Hampton, PA Special event was created by WOOTBMC.  Members competed on the abcoaster trying to beat the number of reps by “The Menace” MMA Fighter Dennis Bermudez. A great time was had by all in the Meet and Greet!        

Retro Fitness Bordentown, NJ Most Fit Competition! Charlie Brenneman made a special appearance to motivate  the competition,  pose for photos and sign autographs. Competition included the  AbCoaster and New Rope Climb Machine.
